Issue: Multiple Tunnel Down events (as seen on Network Analytics graphs for a site) due to the Interface Disconnects observed with certain Spectrum Modems. Before requesting RMA for the socket have Spectrum send a replacement with recommended models listed here to see if the problem goes away.
Description: A couple of customers reported compatibility issues with specific Spectrum cable modems using Intel Puma chipsets.

In the latest ticket we had, Spectrum replaced modem with "EU2251" and the WAN connection has not flapped since due to interface disconnect. EU and ET series use Broadcom chipset that are not reported to not have this issue.
