Roadmap disappeared

Searching in new KB for roadmap reveals no roadmap, but lots of product updates that are in the KB that link to the roadmap document.

All the links are either bit.ly (which gives the user an error) or the old KB (which gives the user an error).

Could it be addressed that the roadmap is reinstated, and I would highly suggest updating the links (or removing them) in every doc that references the link.

The AI agent in the CMA also doesn't know what's gone on.

Roadmap Tracker Added to the CMA: Get an account-specific view of feature rollout progress directly within the CMA, showing whether a feature is in Early Availability, Rolling Out, or Available for your account.

I had a response from support about this on 26th Aug, they said:

The previous Cato Product Roadmap has been removed from the legacy Knowledge Base, which is why the old link is no longer accessible.

The roadmap content is currently being migrated to a new infrastructure that will be available through the Cato Management Application (CMA), with the goal of improving its visibility and accuracy.

At this time, there is no equivalent roadmap page available in the new Knowledge Base. We do not yet have a confirmed date for when the new roadmap experience will become available in the CMA.

Gents thanks for the updates. I appreciate Cato is still a high velocity organisation, but could I beg to persuade not to retire an old resource BEFORE the new one is in place? It just creates confusion.

Also just to note for example the ideas hub still leads to the roadmap on the old support site (which is now a 404) as do multiple release notes pages that have been migrated to the new KB.
