Remote Port Forward rule with FQDN

Is there any way to use an FQDN as an allow in a Remote Forward Rule?

      Which DNS would be the one (or two) resolving the FQDN to IP address? ___

    Just to add, the DNS server resolving this "FQDN" a public DNS or private DNS? ___
