Event Integration - Secureworks Taegis

I opened a support case and was directed to post here instead.

We are attempting to setup an event integration from Cato to Secureworks Taegis following this KB: Integrating Cato Events with AWS S3 – Cato Learning Center but when we get to the point of entering the bucket name, we are unable because Secureworks provides an S3 alias and not a bucket name. The Cato portal specifically prevents using an alias. How can we get this integration configured?

    Thanks for your patience, I've been working with the team on the backend to get your question answered and it turns out that you indeed should have stayed with support - I think they've probably been having a conversation with you on your original ticket, but if they haven't feel free to let ping me here.     I've asked my CSM this same question and also had a ticket in with support on this. I believe I also have an RFE submitted to get some kind of integration between these 2 platforms going.

    We ultimately got this working by setting up our own S3 bucket. Secureworks has documentation on how to get it rolling. 

     

    Right now it costs us about $0.05 USD a day to run.
