Thank you for highlighting this issue. An API for IP Ranges is prioritized highly on our roadmap and is likely to come later this year.
In the meantime, in some cases, the "containers" API can serve as an alternative.

Please consider using the SCIM API for it, as described in the Using the Cato SCIM API for Custom SCIM Apps KB article.
As part of our future roadmap, we also plan to add GraphQL API support for this use case.

Agreed, for users I have used SCIM in the past and worked perfectly.
Just to clarify, the tool I have created and shared only covers IP Ranges creation and Bypass configuration on the site, it does not cover user creation as SCIM is available for it or other tasks that are already well covered by the GraphQL API.
