I have question regarding "updateIpsecIkeV2SiteTunnels".

Q1.
I understand PRIMARY1 is for primary,SECONDARY1 is secondary.correct?


Q2.
what for 2 and 3 are used?

    Take I think this is related to a recent feature that supports multiple active IPsec tunnels for a site. You can configure up to 3 active tunnels for each HA role.

    You can take a look at this KB article.
