Any plans for a PoP in Portugal

It's more to do with latency/performance to be honest.  We see a constant amount of packet loss on two diverse internet circuits.  Albeit it is small i.e. mostly less than 1% - but we get user complaints of application performance we do not see with other sites that have a nearer PoP.
