Has there been an answer to this for first time users who never signed in before so we dont rely on teh trust system.  Hopefully found something?

Its not the best, but our workaround has been to "motivate" users to sign in using a Microsoft CA policy that prevents access to company email or Teams on Windows OS without a Cato IP address.

This doesn't help with people who only use email on their mobile device since we don't use SDP on mobile...
