Account Access Request's mutation API

Hi everyone,

The new account access request method enables us to manage permissions flexibly, 
but  has also complicated the workflow.

Manually requesting permissions for multiple support members and order members when an account is created is a significant burden.

We are considering whether this could be simplified using the API,
but we have not found any relevant commands.

Have these been implemented, or being planning?

    How are you creating the accounts, is it manually via CMA or with the addAccount() API mutation?

      Hi machaelsaw,

      Thank you for responding.

      But...... maybe not this one can be help.

      I want to add access permissions for partner account's administrators.
      In "AddAdminInput", there is no fields to request access for customer account.

      Yeah!! 
      This is the request what I'm talking to.

      However, this KB cannot be a help.
      I want to know the internal progress of the access request mutation API.
      Mr. Peter said "raised this internally and will let you know the response" in 5 month ago,
      and no response on this thread.

      I really need this kind of API or another option to automate access requesting.

        Hi Kodama,

        This is an interesting use case.
        Can we check what would be the frequency of CMA Account Access Request be like? ___
        Would it be like 1-2 CMA account access requests per week? ___

        The next thing I can think of is post the API feature enhancement on Idea Hub (https://connect.catonetworks.com/category/top/ideas/idea-hub), so that our teams would review this on that section, as well.
