Mismatch in User Count: Cato Report vs GraphQL API Output

This is to update that we are encountering an issue with the User GraphQL query.

For example, when we generate a manual report from Cato, we receive approximately 1,750 users. However, when fetching data via the API, we are only getting around 768 users.

It appears that the API is returning only users with an active Cato connection. We are not receiving data for assets or users that are currently not connected.

Could you please confirm if this is an expected limitation of the API, or if there is a way to retrieve all users, including those that are not currently not connected?

    We are not interesting to download the report  manually. We recommend automated way to get his report.

    If you are not able to solve this problem please add to higher technical support. We can't bear more time on this as i have already invested more then two weeks time on this with support. 

    Else i have to reach out to our Cato account manager on this what is the support ETA and what is the further escalation matrix.

    Appreciate the feedback.

    It seems there is a difference on the numbers. 
    Could the additional numbers possibly be as a result of duplicates?
    By doing a sample check on the manual report, can we double-check if there are duplicates found?

      I have already checked on that side there is no duplicate entries into manual report.

        Understand you mentioned about "users with active Cato connection".
        Can we check the timeline and the filters used? ___
        Is there an assigned Cato Rep/engineer assisting you on this? ___

      Appreciate your feedback.
      For 24 hrs duration, a report can be generated from the Users section. Then further filtered based on the Export list.
      Here is a sample:

    Please read the header of this request which is data discrepancy during API call. Please don't lead this conversation on wrong track.  This is not feature requirement this is the API data query where we need clarification. API access is already added to our license. 

    Let us know the reason of GraphQL query issue where data is limities during call. There is no feature limitation in API this is just the right way to call the data. Please include your API team on this.

      Currently, the API does not support duration-based reporting, yet.
      Do submit a Feature Enhancement (RFE) to address your requirement.
